I always see the dancer as going clockwise when I first glance at it, but if I try hard enough I can get it to switch. Although even then, it doesn't look quite right, and for a while I was convinced that clockwise was the "correct" way to look at it since it doesn't quite make sense looking at it the other way. (Later, after reading the comments in the above threads I realized it also doesn't quite make sense looking at it in the clockwise way, although it took me a long time to figure out what they were talking about.) According to this newspaper, that means I'm strongly "right brained"... something my 6th grade gifted teacher thought about me too, although I thought she was completely crazy. Clearly this is not the whole story, as I tend to excel in all of the left brained things they list.

Sex with robots within 5 years? Haven't people been doing it with their vibrators and such for decades? Somehow I didn't think of that point when I first read that article.

Good point. I think they are specifically talking about humanoid robots (androids). They already have real-dolls you can have sex with, so the next step is to add some mechanical parts to the dolls, and shortly after to have it controlled by a sophisticated microchip that figures out the best way to react to different sort of touching.
