icecream

brrrrr...

I just finished eating some ice-cream we made with liquid nitrogen. It took us about 15 minutes; all we did was pour it in a bowl with milk, cream, and sugar and stir it up. It kept bubbling up and then settling down and then we'd add more nitrogen to keep it getting colder.

The bowl wasn't nearly big enough for all the milk we had so we have plenty of everything left to repeat soon. It tasted really good, but next time we're going to use more cream and less milk so it doesn't come out so icey.
